You Get What You Pay For

I am so very tired of seeing ads for tactical HR professionals. “2-3 years of experience, with PHR”. Then they want to pay 42k.

Companies, hiring managers, hear me out: do you want to hire educated, experienced professionals with tons of trench HR experience? Or do you want the minimum to apply, and the minimum to hire?

If you are looking for a 10+ year, SPHR, MBA HR professional, who can read P&L’s as easily as they can map out staffing needs, contact me. I have the perfect candidate for you if you are in Texas and willing to pay for experience and awesomeness. (It isn’t me. I am not close to as awesome as this person.)
